As more and more people are finding pleasure in cooking these days, the emergence of outdoor kitchens has become very popular and as a result I now specialize in creating timber island benches (Bushblocks) to meet this demand.
Timber species used are all native Australian hardwoods including:
- Blue Gum
- Blackbutt
- Lemon Scented Gum (check availability)
- Rose Gum
- Other species may be available on request.
All timber used in the production is kiln dried, Australian hardwood slab timber that has been sourced locally on the Sunshine Coast. We will not use raw material that fails to pass a moisture test, and therefore only kiln dried slabs are used in the manufacture of Bushblocks.
